We are looking to hire commission based Sales Representatives. Our ideal candidate will have a general understanding of the Web3 principles as well as more traditional business, opportunity and sales. Candidates should have the ability to network and build relationships with clients with a goal to sell! Working closely with the team you will have an opportunity to make this role into you'd like to,
General responsibilities include:
- Generating, qualifying and contacting leads
- Achieving or exceeding sales goals; closing a Sale
- Determining and creating schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Creating and providing sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts, quotes and invoices for orders.
- Maintaining client records (CRM)
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Answering client questions about terms, products, prices, and availability
- Providing recommendations for future expansion and growth
- Creating a book of business for sales operations
- Sales Representatives should be able to identify opportunities to leverage partnerships
Requirements
- 1 year of outside sales experience (global markets preferred)
- Solid internet connection
- Ability to multitask
- A heart for doing good and supporting the progress of the culture
- Capability of learning new concepts rapidly
- Post High School Development
- Ability to think outside the box
- Enjoy working in high paced environment as a self starter looking to grow
Preferred Technologies (Proficient or Better)
- Canva (or other similar)
- GSuite / Google Workspace
- Virtual Conferencing (Google Meet)
- Smart Phone
